The real estate brochure was a key element of the project, inviting future buyers and tenants to imagine themselves in their new home. 
It also incorporates the graphic elements and identity of the developer Vinci, the mainstay of this program. 
12-page printed brochure, and interactive web version.


The format has also been adapted as an a5 flyer, to inform local residents of a new real estate development. Distribution campaign in Rennes. 


Creation of a large-format sign to be installed in the construction area of the new building. Designed according to the graphic line developed, and that of the promoter Vinci.
